Send whatever the coach or school sent. FamilyRun pulls out events, forms to sign and fees to pay, and matches each to the right child.
Send FamilyRun a schedule screenshot, a PDF or a forwarded email. It finds the dates, who's driving and what to bring. You confirm it, and it keeps watch for clashes.
