Questions parents ask.

Straight answers about what FamilyRun does and doesn't do.

Can I use FamilyRun yet?

Not publicly. It's in active development. Join the waitlist and we'll email you when it opens.

How is this different from a family calendar?

A calendar stores events. FamilyRun reads your schedules and emails, then tracks who's driving, what to pack, what's due, and what clashes.

Will it add things without asking?

No. Everything it finds appears on a review screen first, and nothing is added until you confirm.

What if it reads something wrong?

Anything it can't read is left blank instead of guessed, low-confidence items are flagged, and you can open the original screenshot or email.

Does it take payments?

No. It tracks forms and fees so you don't miss them. You pay wherever you normally do.

What does it store about my kids?

A first name, plus the activities and events you add. No birthdate is required, and there's no location tracking.

Which devices does it run on?

There's a web app and a mobile app for iPhone and Android.

Who can see our family's information?

Only people you invite. Caregivers you invite can view the plan but can't change it.
