Who can use it

You must be 18 or older, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account. FamilyRun is for parents and guardians managing family logistics. Children must not create accounts.

Your account and household

Keep your sign-in details secure. You're responsible for what happens under your account and for the people you invite. Only add information you have the right to add.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you add or import. You give us permission to store and process it to run FamilyRun for you, including sending imports to our AI provider when you ask us to read them.

Check the details

FamilyRun uses AI to read schedules and suggests events, and uses rules to flag conflicts, reminders and leave-by times. Suggestions can be wrong, and travel times are estimates. Always confirm times, locations and pick-ups with the organizer, and don't rely on FamilyRun alone for anything safety-critical. You review every import before it's saved.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no unlawful content, no attempts to access other people's data, no interfering with the service, and no automated abuse of the API or import features.

Ending things

You can delete your account in the app at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put the service at risk.

No warranty and limits

FamilyRun is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, Family Run App isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, including missed events. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be waived.
